Alorica, a leader in customer experience solutions, came to us for a brand relaunch. The assignment was two-pronged; we needed to develop a look that worked for B2B communication, as well as, internal staffing/recruitment and employee retention purposes. Using the corporate brand pillars - Passion, Performance, Possibilities, we developed a thoughtful and quirky illustration style that made them immediately stand out in the category. The fun, down-to-earth graphic look and everyday, conversational tone of voice we developed better represented the brand and their long-term goals. Elements of the refresh include: custom illustration and iconography, refinement of the brand voice, brand videos, motion design, trade ads, social media marketing, recruitment materials, eBook design, OOH/billboards, murals, posters, signage, style guides and template design.
